CWU, Inc (Casual Wear Unlimited) would like to assure our customers that purchasing items through the Internet is as safe as purchasing items at your local mall or retail store. However, understanding that some shoppers may feel uncomfortable using the Internet to place orders, we do accept orders by FAX. To place orders by FAX please follow these steps:
• Conduct your shopping and place your selected items into the shopping cart
• Once you have completed your shopping, go to the shopping cart page and click on the "Check Out" button. This should open up a page which asks for your shipping address and shipping option. Fill out this page completely.
• Once you have completely filled-out the shipping information, click on the "Continue" button located at the bottom of the page. At this point, the final ordering page will be displayed.
• Print-out the order page by clicking on the printer icon of your browser. Carefully fill-out the credit card information, as well as any other required information - be sure to print clearly.
• Fax the page to our FAX number (727) 442-8411. Please include your email address & phone number on your FAX form so we can confirm your order (we will not include your credit card information in your e-mail confirmation over the Internet).
ONLINE ORDERING
If you are ordering a product with a logo to be embroidered. The logo must be setup through our art department first. If you know your logo is already developed, simply type a detailed description in the add logo box on the item's page. If you would like to set up a logo to be developed into embroidery for your orders, contact us so we can set up your account.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders will be confirmed via email within 24 hours.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipment Timeframe
We make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. We advertise "Generally ships within 3-4 business days" as a guideline for the "typical" shipping time for non-logo items. Some items will ship earlier, depending on in-stock availability of the requested product(s). However, on rare occasions your items may need to be back-ordered due to the manufacturer being out of a specific style, color or size. In these cases, we will notify you immediately with that information, and allow you to modify or even cancel the order if you desire. Orders requiring embellishment with custom logos (custom embroidery or screen print) will be handled individually. Email notification will be sent with a shipment date based on the order.
- Rush Orders
Please contact us to place "RUSH" orders. If possible, we will fill your order and overnight or 2ND Day Air the package to you. Rush orders must be placed before 1:00 PM EST, or else UPS cannot guarantee next-day delivery. Depending on your location (some rural areas) 2ND Day Air may be the earliest service available. Rush orders are subject to additional shipping charges. If you have express shipping requirements or questions, please call or email Casual Wear Unlimited.
- Shipping Destinations
We will ship to addresses within the continental U.S. and APO/FPO addresses and worldwide locations. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure the shipping address includes a street address where the shipment can be signed for.
- Ground Shipping Charges
We offer United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS for all shipments in the continental United States. Overseas shipments, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO shipments are made via the USPS. Overnight or 2ND Day Air express delivery is also available. Contact us for express delivery rates & availability. Please note that weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not included in the express delivery schedule and can be accommodated at current USPS or UPS rates.
CHARGE CARD INFO
- Date Billed: For regular purchases not requiring embellishment (custom embroidery or screen print logos), your card will not be charged until the day your order is shipped. For orders requiring embellishment (custom embroidery or screen print logos), your card is billed when digitizing or set-up begins.
Authorization Notice
To prevent unnecessary delays please be sure you use the name and billing address on your credit card account when filling out the order form. Orders received with names and shipping addresses different from those on the credit card may be delayed for proper verification.
SECURITY
CWU, Inc is an established business with strict credit card handling policies. We do not give out credit or purchase information to anyone for any reason. Online ordering is handled through PayPal which is a secure server, and is every bit as safe as using your credit card in any store. For additional information, (PAYPAL PRIVACY POLICY).
SALES TAX
CWU, Inc operates in the state of Florida, and therefore we must charge sales tax on shipment destinations within Florida. Sales tax will not be added to purchases with shipment destinations outside of Florida.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All of our products are first quality merchandise however we understand that on occasion, you may need to return or exchange an item. Items which have custom embroidery may be returned due to faulty workmanship only. Please keep in mind that we do not sell used items, therefore all returns must be new (unworn), unprocessed (laundered) and in their original packaging.
Please note: All returned items must be accompanied with a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact Casual Wear Unlimited for an RMA number within 5 days of the receipt of your order. Casual Wear Unlimited cannot be responsible for returned items without an accompanied RMA number.
Please write the authorized RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You may return the merchandise via UPS or Parcel Post.

RESTOCKING FEES
Unless an item was found to be defective from the manufacturer, the following charges will apply to all returned items:
• 20% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee of $7.50)
• Customer is responsible for cost of shipping product(s) back to Casual Wear Unlimited
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
We understand that occasionally an erroneous order (wrong size, color, etc.) is placed by mistake. In these situations, the customer must call CWU, Inc as soon as possible to correct the mistake. When such a situation occurs, we will try to modify or cancel the order to as per your request. However, if the order has already been processed, we may have to access a restocking fee against any item(s) you wish to cancel or re-order. This fee simply covers the costs of shipping and restocking incurred by CWU, Inc with our suppliers.
